It's simple and easy to use. Pump breast milk directly into the Mother's Milkmate bottle, we recommend filling to the 4 or 4 ½ ounce line, to allow
for expansion if freezing. Insert cap plug into bottle, so lip is flush with upper edge of the bottle. Screw on plastic cap. Place label with
date/time on bottle. Bottle with freshly pumped breast milk is ready for storage in the refrigerator or freezer.
